At Sudathi, our relationship with customers comes first. We want every order to feel right. That is why we offer a simple and hassle free 3 day return and refund policy. No questions asked.

When can you request a return or refund?

You can place a return or refund request within 3 days of receiving your product.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at care@sudathi.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

Our team will assist you quickly.

How to place a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Account > Order Details

  3. Click on the Return Request button

The return option is available for 3 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will share a payment link

  • Refunds can be redeemed via UPI or Netbanking

  • After the product reaches our warehouse, the refund is processed within 24 hours

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted

For prepaid orders:

  • Refunds may take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date

Color and Product Description Disclaimer

We try our best to display accurate product details and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting used during photography

  • Screen and display settings

Minor differences in weight, work details, or size may also exist. These variations are natural and should be considered while shopping online.
